Background Information
Expotus Components can source a wide variety of cabinet accessories suitable for any type of loudspeaker enclosure. Many items can be supplied from current production ranges, obviating tooling and other setup costs. If your needs cannot be satisfied in this way, custom designed components may be manufactured with modest design and tooling charges.

Moulded Terminal Panels and Connectors
A comprehensive range of ABS moulded panels complemented by your choice from a vast array of screw / plug binding posts or push connectors. The panels can incorporate fixing points for printed circuit boards or hard wired crossover components, to simplify and speed up assembly. Terminals include basic plastic capped binding posts with nickel plated metal parts to extra high quality gold plated terminals with gold plated knurled or shaped screw caps. The terminal panels range from small circular or rectangular push fit units to large twin panels fitted with two pairs of terminals connected with gold plated linking bars - suitable for bi-amping options. A custom design service is available.
Reflex Ports
A wide range of press fit reflex ports to suit many loudspeaker configurations. Some units feature a spider web grille at the internal end to prevent ingress of foreign objects. Custom design service available.
Plug and Socket Fixings
Two types of frequent use push fit plug and socket fixings. All are designed for rapid assembly using force fit into wood or metal panels. They are commonly used for fixing loudspeaker grilleboards to enclosures, although other applications may also be accommodated.
Connectors and Terminals
An extensive range of connectors, binding posts and phono sockets to suit virtually any application. Please contact us with your specific requirements. We can also supply individual components such as fixing nuts, washers, solder tags, mounting bushes and moulded plates from current production or custom designed.
